The UC Merced Library offers a number of citation management tools to help you format citations for a bibliography. We support three tools: RefWorks, Zotero, and Mendeley. The Library also offers workshops on the use of these tools on an occasional basis. Please consult the library events calendar to find out when the next workshop is scheduled.
Bibliographic citation managers
All bibliographic citation managers let you:
- add citations from databases (PsycINFO; Web of Science; Academic Search Complete, etc).
- organize your citations.
- add PDF files; annotate PDFs.
- format citations in multiple citation styles.
- format citations in Microsoft Word to create bibliographies.
- share your citations with colleagues / classmates.
