  • identify scholarly article types (e.g., original research articles,  reviews, letters to the editor, etc.) to select resources for your assignments and projects.
  • create effective searches to retrieve targeted and relevant search results.
  • identify and use relevant scientific databases and apply database functionality to refine search results.
  • format and organize citations to properly credit sources and place your work into the scholarly conversation.

These skills will assist you in completing your TELA, Annotated Bibliography and Research Review assignments.
