Assignment Details

During the second half of the semester, you will work with a team of peers to write a grant proposal in partnership with a community organization or individual.  In partnership with this community organization or individual, you will work in teams to write a grant that could be submitted by the individual or organization for funding.

Library Class

We have two goals today:

  1. Identify information that helps your group understand the context of your community partners.
  2. Locate readings for developing leadership plans consistent with their sector/industry. 

 

Working in your groups, you will...

  1. Determine keywords to use to find the research described above.
  2. Identify appropriate search options
    • Librarian demonstration of a database search & an open web search
  3. Search for resources 
    • Librarian will be available to provide support
