Some platforms, such as Alexander Street Press, can block access to users due to VPN and browser cache issues. When accessing content from Library databases, use the link provided by the platform, rather than accessing content via a Google search.
Signing into the VPN before opening your browser can resolve some access issues. You may need to disconnect, close your browser, and then connect again.
- Make sure browser is closed before turning on/signing into the Global Protect VPN,
- Connect via VPN,
- Open the browser and attempt to connect to or other video platform.
If this does not work, clear your browser cache, and then follow the above steps again. You may also want to try these steps with a different browser as well.
