Welcome to the UC Merced Welcome Week Campus Trek on SCVNGR -- and welcome to UC Merced itself! We're glad you're here and we want you to feel at home. This trek is designed to teach you about campus resources...and along the way, it's a great opportunity to socialize, make new friends, and get out and about. So...pick a team, download SCVNGR to your phone, and let's get started!

Don't forget to stop by our SCVNGR kickoff event on Thursday, August 23, at 11:30 and noon! There are two sessions, so feel free to attend whichever works best with your schedule.

Step 1: Register for the Trek. You can do this by filling out the form on this page, or by coming to our kickoff event, Thursday, August 23 at 11:30 and noon (2 sessions) in the Bobcat Lair.

Step 2: Download SCVNGR app (see box to the left).

Step 2: Search for UC Merced under "Treks" and select "UC Merced Welcome Week."

Step 3: Choose a place from the list, and get started with challenges! You can check on rankings and activity by clicking on "Info" to the right.
