Citing with UC-eLinks

  • To get citation information using UC-eLinks, once you have clicked on the UC-eLinks button, click on the "Copy & Paste Citation or Link" link under the Add Citation to a Bibliography heading.

  • From there, use the drop-down menu to change the citation format to either APA, CSE, Chicago, MLA, or NLM, and click on the "go" button to have the citation populate into your preferred citation style.

  • Then copy and paste either the citation or persistent link into your document.
  • Make sure to double-check the citation created by UC-eLinks for any errors.
