Goals

You will be able to ...

  • distinguish between popular, trade, and peer-reviewed article
  • identify search tools or resources to search for various article types (popular, trade, peer-reviewed) for the sciences.
  • construct and refine basic searches.
  • access full-text of science articles.

By the end of class, you will obtain three articles on your topic:

  1. peer-reviewed journal article (on your topic)
  2. trade or other popular source (on sustainability)
  3. peer-reviewed or trade article (on your topic + sustainability)
