What I Do

"Digital Assets" refers to information in digital form that has been identified as having value for the university. It's stuff that is worth keeping because of its use in research, teaching, and public service. I work with people to figure out what and how assets need to be managed. This is also known as curation, hence my involvement with the UC Curation Center.

Curation can include helping to publish or disseminate that information more broadly, whether it's creative writing or a gazetteer.

I've also managed projects to convert information into digital form to increase its usefulness or accessibility, such as:
