Scholarship of Teaching and Learning - Resources & strategies for the literature review

Sample Journal

Journal Title 1: Active Learning in Higher Education

Journal Title 2: Journal of Student-Centered Learning

  1. Do we have it?
  2. Where would it be indexed? (Important to find out especially if we do not have full-text.)

Databases index (aka inventory, record, catalog) resources.
An index points to something.

Strategies:

  1. Journal Finder (journals to which we subscribe)
  2. Ulrichsweb Global Serials Directory (indexing information, points to databases)
